Through various initiatives, we provide role models and success stories of migrants who have excelled in business and other economic activities. Our aim is to enhance migrants' capacity with 21st-century skills, supporting them to acquire the necessary tools to participate in economic activities. Our Enrich program includes:

Skill Enhancement:
Blended (virtual and face-to-face) soft skills training and mentoring in languages spoken by our target groups (e.g., Tigrigna, Arabic, Farsi).

Role Models and Success Stories:
Inspiring migrants to pursue their economic goals through media campaigns, podcasts, webinars, case studies, and mentoring programs.

Cultural Sensitivity,Diversity, and Inclusion Trainings:Programs to enhanceunderstandingbetween the migrantcommunity and thehost community.
